Happy Friday all! Can you believe we are in October? I can't. This year has gone by so fast and yet so slow. We have a lot of fun holiday things planned and a trip to one of my favorite places...Apple Hill. I can't wait for pumpkin pie, apple picking, crafts, apple cider, and wine tasting.
Onto Friday Favorites and Happenings.
ONE. Recently the brand E-Cleansy reached out to me seeing if I wanted to try out their sonic cleansing brush. I have seen so many variations of this out there and have never used one, so I thought why not try this one.
They didn't require me to post anything about this, but since I have enjoyed using it, I thought I would share it.
It is gentle on the skin, can be submerged in the water to easily clean it off. You do not need a bunch of cleanser on it to get the job done, it doesn't tickle your face (I was worried about that). It comes with an USB charger which makes it convenient to take with you when you travel.
So far, I really like it. I have been using it for about two weeks now and mostly in the evening when I take my make up off.
TWO. Ok, I know I am late to the game, but I just finished Manifest. It was on NBC or some other channel, and it was cancelled mid third season. BUT Netflix picked it up (where I have been watching it) and season 4 comes out next Spring. Now it is a little far fetched at times (ok a lot of the time), but I still have enjoyed it.
And then some of my other favorite shows are coming back in October.
You season 3 premiers October 15th.
Succession season 3 premiers October 17th.
THREE. So my coworker gave me another cool family Halloween costume and I had to share it since I already did a Family Halloween post. It is a Top Gun/Pilot theme. I mean how cute would this look be?
FOUR. I don't know if I ever shared, but we got the girls new bikes about two months ago. They are obsessed with them. After spending the 4th of July with their cousin and him having a bigger bike (he is a year and a half younger), they wanted bigger bikes.
So we went to Scheels and found them the Trek Precaliber 20 inch bikes. We almost got them the 24 inch bike, but they were just really tall for them and I didn't want to be overwhelmed.
And the best thing about Scheels? They did a complimentary month inspection and tune up on the bikes.
Here is the bike that we got for the girls.
FIVE. Weekly funnies.
Have a great weekend. I am linking up with A Little Bit of Everything.
Thank you for sharing when You comes back on! We just started the Flight Attendant on HBOMax, but I'll add some of these other ones to my list. The girls look so cute on their bikes! Hope you have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteYou are very welcome. I LOVE that show. Oh I watched Flight Attendant over the Summer. I read the book first though. I hope you had a good weekend as well!
DeleteI watched Manifest when it first came out but then I stopped liking it!
ReplyDeleteIt got to be a bit much in the third season, but the ending for the third season was really good. My sister felt the same way as you did.
DeleteWe started Manifest when it started a few years ago and I was so mad when I found out they canceled it. I was so glad to see Netflix picked it up for a final season because I need closure!
ReplyDeleteI need closure too. Especially after what happened at the end of last season.
DeleteLove the memes.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteWe've still slowly making our way through Manifest.
ReplyDeleteI blew through the first two seasons and then it took me a bit for the third one because it was really far fetched, but the cliffhanger was so good.
DeleteThat Charmin meme is hilarious! I don't currently subscribe to Netflix (cancelled some months ago) but will definitely be getting it back soon so I can watch season 3 of YOU.
ReplyDeleteIt really is!! I do the same thing. I will add HBO or Showtime or something like that when I want to watch a show and then I cancel it again.
DeleteI haven't seen any of these shows, I really need to try find more time for netflix, haha! :) those bikes look so good for your girls - we have been enjoying trails and hikes more and less playgrounds and busy places since everything happened so bikes are a staple for the boys - they alternate between bikes and scooters sometimes but my eldest loves the new bike he got for Christmas!
ReplyDeleteHope you have had a lovely weekend :)
Away From The Blue
Oh yes you do. My girls love their scooters too. Though they want new ones for Christmas that are just two wheels.
DeleteI hope you had a great weekend too!
Those bikes look fun! LOL your funnies are killing me today.
ReplyDeleteI am so glad they made you laugh!!
