1. Walk or Bike Ride? I love going on walks. But I do love a good bike ride on my beach cruiser, but a walk wins this one.
2. Favorite Picnic Food? Caprese skewers. Or any kind of veggie or fruit skewer.
3. Pool or Lake? Definitely the lake and more specifically Lake Tahoe. I love living so close to this beautiful lake.
4. Favorite Flavor of Ice Cream? Pistachio. This has changed over the years, but I love pistachio ice cream.
5. Ice Cream Cone or in a Dish? In a waffle cone!
6. Flip Flops or Slides? Flip Flops.
7. Jean Shorts or Jean Capris? Only jean shorts.
8. Favorite Summer Fruit? Watermelon.
9. Corn on the Cob or Cut Off the Cob? On the cob. I love grilling corn on the cob too. But it must be white corn.
10. Favorite Summertime Song? Oh man. This is a tough one, but I am going to go more old school with the Beach Boys Kokomo. I love that song.
11. Favorite Summertime Activity? Wakeboarding. I love wakeboarding. It comes to me so easily and it is soooo much fun.
12. Favorite Berry? Strawberry, Blueberry, Raspberry or Blackberry? I LOVE strawberries and blackberries, but if I had to pick one, it would be strawberry.
13. Bikini's, Tankini's or One Pieces? Bikini's all the way. At least until I can't or shouldn't wear them anymore.
14. Dresses or Skirts? Dresses.
15. One World to Describe Summer? Sunshine.
Sooo fun!! Summer is the best! And Lake Tahoe looks absolutely stunning!!!! that water is crystal clear!

DeleteI want to visit Lake Tahoe so bad, it looks so beautiful. I have really started to like pistachio ice cream at this one soft serve stand by my house. It's not my favorite (I'll never give up chocolate) but the pistachio is surprisingly delicious. Happy Summer!

DeleteTahoe is STUNNING - I had no idea! It is now up there on my bucket list for sure. Waffle cone - yes, forgot about them - they are the best. I haven't tried Pistachio ice-cream but again - you are helping me develop my bucket list! I have never heard of white corn before (as in not yellow and literally white?) or yellow and you have another colour, haha?! I'm also flip flops, dresses and bikinis :) P.S. I am going to further reveal my ignorance and say I don't know what wakboarding is - we have kite surfing at our village beach - is it the same? Call this 'the education of Joanne' - ha! YES - KOKOMO - awesome song. It is up there with Melicalicimaka (or however you write it ;))
ReplyDeleteOh it is sooooo beautiful. I am sooo thankful to live so close to it. Haha. I love that you want to try some of my favorite things. White corn is just soooo sweet. It is the bets. I love to help educate you on things we do here in the US. Wakeboarding is basically like surfing or snowboarding but on water. You are on a board, strapped in at the feet and a boat pulls you by way of a rope. you can go in and out of the wake that the boat makes for you. It is sooooo much fun!!!
