Amazon Prime Purchases - June

It's time for another round of Prime Purchases. I purchased a lot more this month than I did last month, but I only bought one item during the Prime Day sales. Can you believe that?

So what did we buy this last month?

I mentioned this product in a Friday favorites post. I have been taking this for about a month now and it is definitely helping with the mosquito problem. And I am going to Graeagle again for a few days, so let's hope it keeps them away from me!

Vitamin B1

I also mentioned this item in a Friday favorites post as my girls are obsessed with dressing up and wearing fancy sock. These have lived up to their expectations. I got them size large.

Girls Lace Trimmed Socks

I got this pressure washer for Rory for Father's Day. He mentioned wanting one a few months ago and I remembered it about a week or so before Father's Day. So far he loves it. He wants to try it out on our brick siding for our house for the real test.

Pressure Washer

The girls needed new shampoo and conditioner and we wanted to try something new. I got their previous set at Costco, but they complained that it hurt their eyes sometimes when it got in their eyes. So I bought this one off of Amazon and so far we really like it.
Fairy Tales Conditioner

Fairy Tales Shampoo

You know my love for Living Proof Dry Shampoo runs deep. So when it was on Amazon Prime Day, I scooped up the 7.3 ounce bottle of it. I have been alternating between this one and Kerastase Dry Shampoo.

Living Proof Dry Shampoo

This is a very random purchase, but when I make pancakes or heat up tortillas (on the griddle top or in a pan), I either put them in the oven on warm or under a tin foil tent on a plate. I wanted to change that, so I looked online for one of the tortilla holders that you see at Mexican restaurants. This one had great reviews and so far we love it. I have made tacos twice since getting this.

Tortilla Keeper

This is another random purchase, but I wanted some gloves for when I cut up garlic or handle raw meat. I have had some before, but I couldn't find them in stores. Amazon had a 500 pack for about $10. Sold.

Disposable Food Prep Gloves

I bought this set of shower caps because I wanted one for the gym, one for travel and then the other two as back up. I should have bought the one I already have because these suck. They are for long hair, but they don't fit well. I am not a fan of them other than the price...4 for $6.

Shower Cap

This was a total impulse purchase. I saw it on a Facebook deals page, so I scooped it up. It was originally $99.98 and on sale for $21.65 (including tax). I got it as a deal of the day sort of thing plus a code for an extra 30% off. It is 118 inches long and can fit 4 adults in it according to the reviews. I received it and the girls can't wait to set it up.

Giant Inflatable Pool

This is a reorder. I needed new razors, so I ordered this refill again.

Venus Razor Refill

What did you buy this last month on Amazon Prime? Did you get any good deal on Prime Day?

  2. Why oh why have I never thought to use plastic gloves for meat?! I literally just mashed up and formed more than a dozen burgers last night and I was gagging the whole time. Haha. I have plastic gloves, too, so I totally should have used them for that. And what a STEAL that pool was! I cannot believe you got it that cheap!!

    1. The plastic gloves are great for meat and for garlic. And jalapenos. Anything to save my hands. And yes to meat grossing me out when I have to handle it a ton. I am stoked on the pool for the girls. It is huge.

  5. I didn't buy much of anything on Prime Day either! I am going to have to try taking B1; I get eaten alive by mosquitoes.

    1. You definitely need to take it! I swear by it. I only got a couple bites this last trip and I usually have about 30 or more. It's not perfect, but it helps sooo much!

  7. What a deal on that pool! That looks awesome. I bought Zoe a shampoo off Thrive market that I really like, but I may have to check out the fairytales one too. She had a princess shampoo before but I didn't love the brand, it was full of crap ingredients that I didn't realize until I really looked. But it was pink and pretty and had a princess on it so of course Zoe favored it. I didn't buy anything on Prime day.
